Slottyway New ID: Roulette Call Bets and the Racetrack Layout

First, where we stand. Slottyway is a Curacao-licensed online casino that registers its own players, and GameWinExch is not affiliated with Slottyway, nor can we open or manage an account on it. A Slottyway new ID is therefore not ours to give. Our own rupee ID, which takes two minutes on WhatsApp and a UPI transfer to activate, comes with live and automatic roulette tables, and on many of them you will find an oval diagram beside the main betting grid. That oval is the racetrack, and the bets placed on it carry French names that make them sound more sophisticated than they are.

Why the Racetrack Exists

The main roulette layout arranges numbers in order, 1 to 36 in three columns. The wheel does not. On a European wheel, 0 sits between 26 and 32, and neighbours on the grid such as 1 and 2 are on opposite sides of the wheel. In French casinos, players who wanted to cover a physical section of the wheel would call the bet out to the croupier, who placed the chips for them. Hence call bets, or announced bets. The racetrack is simply the wheel order drawn flat so that you can tap a section instead of placing each chip yourself.

The Four Classic Sections

Voisins du zero, neighbours of zero, covers the 17 numbers from 22 round to 25 with zero in the middle. It takes nine chips: two on the 0-2-3 trio, one each on the splits 4-7, 12-15, 18-21, 19-22 and 32-35, and two on the corner 25-26-28-29.

Tiers du cylindre, the third of the wheel, covers the 12 numbers opposite zero, from 27 round to 33. It takes six chips, all on splits: 5-8, 10-11, 13-16, 23-24, 27-30 and 33-36.

Orphelins, the orphans, are the eight numbers left over in two small arcs. Five chips: one straight up on 1, and splits on 6-9, 14-17, 17-20 and 31-34. Note that 17 is covered twice.

Jeu zero is a smaller version of voisins, seven numbers hugging the zero, for four chips: splits 0-3, 12-15 and 32-35 plus 26 straight up.

There is also the neighbours bet: choose any number and the layout places five straight-up chips, on that number and the two either side of it on the wheel.

What Each One Pays

Because the chips sit on ordinary splits, corners and trios, the payouts are the ordinary ones. With tiers, any of the 12 numbers landing means one split wins at 17 to 1. You staked six chips, get back 18, and are 12 chips up. With voisins, a split hit returns 18 chips against nine staked, plus 9. The corner, carrying two chips at 8 to 1, also returns 18. The 0-2-3 trio with two chips at 11 to 1 returns 24, for plus 15. With orphelins, number 1 pays 35 to 1 for a net plus 31, a split pays plus 13, and 17 collects twice for plus 31.

So the payoffs are lumpy and uneven, which is part of the charm. What they are not is advantageous.

The Edge Does Not Move

Every bet on a single-zero wheel, with no exceptions among the standard ones, carries a house edge of 2.70 percent, one pocket in 37. A call bet is a bundle of standard bets, so its edge is 2.70 percent as well. Covering 17 numbers with voisins means you will win on about 46 percent of spins, which feels good, but each win is smaller than the combined stake that produced it would suggest, and the arithmetic comes out the same. There is no section of the wheel that is due, and on a properly maintained wheel no section that is favoured. The stories of biased wheels belong to another century, as our Spinbet page explains.

The Real Effect: More Chips per Spin

Here is where the racetrack quietly costs money. A player who would normally put one 50-rupee chip on red taps voisins instead. That single tap stakes nine chips, 450 rupees. Expected loss is edge times turnover, so compare an hour of 100 spins.

  • One chip on red each spin: 5,000 rupees staked, expected loss about 135 rupees.
  • Voisins each spin: 45,000 rupees staked, expected loss about 1,215 rupees.
  • Voisins plus tiers, a common combination covering 29 numbers: 75,000 rupees staked, expected loss about 2,025 rupees.

The player feels they are making one bet. The cashier sees nine or fifteen. On automatic wheels with a spin every 35 seconds, the numbers rise again. The racetrack is, in the plainest terms, a faster way to bet more. That does not make it wrong to use. It makes it something to size deliberately: if your unit is 450 rupees a spin, use a 5 or 10-rupee chip on the racetrack, not the 50 you would use on an outside bet.

Variants Worth Knowing

American wheels with a double zero do not suit call bets at all, since the wheel order differs and the edge is 5.26 percent. Avoid them whenever a single-zero table is available. French tables with la partage return half of an even-money stake when zero lands, cutting the edge on those bets to 1.35 percent, the best deal in roulette, though it does not apply to call bets. Lightning-style tables, discussed on the Fresh Casino page, pay less on straight-up hits to fund their multipliers, which changes orphelins and neighbours bets for the worse. Our wider ranking of games by cost is on the Jet Casino page, and the casino betting ID guide covers how the lobby is organised. Frequently Asked Questions

Does GameWinExch act as an agent for Slottyway?

No, there is no arrangement of any kind. We supply our own ID and cannot help with Slottyway logins or payments.

Which call bet has the best odds?

None. All carry the same 2.70 percent edge on a European wheel. They differ only in coverage and payout pattern.

How many chips does voisins du zero need?

Nine. Two go on the 0-2-3 trio, two on the 25-29 corner, and one on each of five splits.

Can I change the chip value for racetrack bets?

Yes. Select a smaller chip before tapping the section. The layout multiplies whatever chip is active.

Is the racetrack available on every roulette table?

Most European and French live tables include it. American double-zero tables usually do not.

Roulette is a negative-expectation game on every bet it offers. Choose a chip size that fits your budget after counting how many chips a tap really places, and play only if you are an adult.
