Frank Sports New ID: Time of Goal Markets and the Late Goal Effect
Frank Sports is the sportsbook attached to the Frank Casino group, which serves Russian-speaking markets, and like most European books it lists a whole family of markets on when goals are scored rather than how many. GameWinExch is not affiliated with Frank Sports and cannot open an account there; the ID we issue is our own rupee betting ID, opened over WhatsApp and funded by UPI, with football alongside cricket. Time-of-goal markets are the ones most Indian bettors skip because they look like trivia. They are not. The clock is one of the few things in football with a stable statistical shape, and once you know that shape, several other markets, including over/under and cash-out, start to make more sense.
Goals Are Not Spread Evenly
Divide a match into six fifteen-minute bands and count where goals fall across a full season of a major league. The first band is the quietest, with roughly 12 to 13 percent of goals. Each following band is a little busier than the last. The final band, 76 minutes to the end of stoppage time, is the busiest by a clear margin and typically holds close to a quarter of all goals, partly because stoppage time adds several minutes to it and partly because tired legs, substitutions and teams chasing a result all push scoring up. The average time of the first goal in a match sits somewhere around the half-hour mark, and roughly one match in twelve in a top league finishes goalless. Those are the raw materials for every market on this page.
The Markets Themselves
First-goal minute bands ask you which fifteen-minute window the opening goal will fall in, or whether there will be none. The odds should track the goal distribution above, adjusted for the specific teams: a fixture between two cautious sides pushes the first goal later and lengthens the no-goal price. Goal in both halves is a yes/no market that, for an average fixture with about 2.7 expected goals, lands at around 55 to 60 percent yes. Half with most goals offers first, second or equal, with the second half a consistent favourite for the reasons already given. Late goal markets, such as a goal after the 80th minute or a goal in stoppage time, are priced from the same tail. Lastly, some books offer a to-score-in-minute-range market on individual players, which combines the time shape with the anytime scorer probability and tends to carry the widest margin of the lot.
What the Late Goal Does to Everything Else
The concentration of goals late in the match has a practical consequence for the most popular market of all, over/under 2.5. A match at 1-1 on 75 minutes is not a coin flip for a third goal; it is more likely than not to see one, because the busiest band is still to come. Bettors who cash out an over bet at that point usually sell too cheaply. The reverse applies to an under bet: a 0-0 at half-time feels safe, but almost 60 percent of a match’s goals are still ahead, and the second half of a scoreless game is not as quiet as the first. Cash-out offers are computed from the live price, so they already reflect this, which means the cash-out is usually fair to the book and slightly stingy to you. The time shape does not create an edge; it stops you from giving one away.
A Worked Example
Take a fixture where the book prices the first goal between 31 and 45 minutes at 4.50, implying about 22 percent. From the season data, the share of first goals in that band for average teams is nearer 18 to 20 percent, so the price is about right and possibly a shade short. Now suppose both teams have kept their last three first halves goalless. The market for first goal after the 46th minute might drift to 2.10, implying 47 percent. If your own read, from the recent pattern and a defensive line-up, is that a first-half goal is genuinely less likely than usual, that price is where the disagreement lives. At 200 rupees, the bet returns 420 if the first half is blank and a goal arrives later. That is the whole method: know the baseline shape, then look for a fixture the shape does not describe well.
- Baseline first: learn the six-band distribution for the league you bet on.
- Adjust for style: pressing teams score earlier, counter-attacking teams later.
- Watch the clock in play: the 75th minute is where over bets are underpriced by nervous sellers.
- Ignore stoppage-time myths: late goals are common because the band is long, not because of drama.
The Cricket Parallel
Cricket bettors already use a time shape without calling it that. Runs per over in a T20 rise through the powerplay, dip in the middle overs and spike in the last four, and the over-band markets on a cricket panel, such as runs in overs one to six or runs in the last five, are the direct equivalent of goal minute bands. The trap is the same too: bettors cash out a session bet with fifteen balls left because the score looks thin, forgetting that the busiest band has not started. Our T20 betting ID page covers the over-band markets, and the football exchange page shows how the same time shape moves exchange prices minute by minute. For the corner and card side of the same fixtures, see the Goalbet page, and for penalties and set pieces the Sultanbet page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bet on Frank Sports with a GameWinExch ID?
No. Frank Sports is a separate operator with its own accounts. Our ID is a rupee betting account that works only on the panel it was issued for, and it lists football markets of its own.
Which fifteen-minute band has the most goals?
The last one, from the 76th minute to the end of stoppage time, in nearly every league and season that has been counted.
Is goal in both halves a good bet?
It is fairly priced in most fixtures at around 55 to 60 percent for average teams. It becomes interesting only when you have a reason to expect an unusually open or unusually tight match.
Why is cash-out on an over bet at 75 minutes usually poor value?
Because the busiest scoring band is still ahead, and the cash-out price is set by the book from that same knowledge. You are selling a live position at a fair-to-the-book price.
Do these patterns hold in Indian football?
Broadly yes, though the ISL has fewer matches per season, so the bands are noisier. Use several seasons of data rather than one.
Late goals reward patience, not chasing; fix a stake you can afford to lose before kick-off and do not add to it at the 80th minute, and stay out of betting altogether if you are under 18.
