Joygames New ID: Teen Patti Variations and Their Odds
A Joygames-style new ID from GameWinExch is a rupee betting account issued over WhatsApp, funded through UPI, carrying sports markets and a live casino tab that almost always includes Teen Patti. The classic three-card game is familiar to anyone who has sat through a Diwali evening, but the versions dealt at live tables and in home games differ in ways that change the odds sharply. This page sets out the main variations, how each alters hand rankings and probabilities, what the blind-versus-seen structure and side shows do to the maths, and why a live-dealer table pays differently from the game played on a living-room floor.
Classic Teen Patti Hand Rankings
From a 52-card deck, three cards make 22,100 possible hands. The rankings and their frequencies are: trail or three of a kind, 52 hands, 0.24 percent; pure sequence or straight flush, 48 hands, 0.22 percent; sequence or straight, 720 hands, 3.26 percent; colour or flush, 1,096 hands, 4.96 percent; pair, 3,744 hands, 16.94 percent; and high card, 16,440 hands, 74.39 percent. Three quarters of all hands are nothing better than a high card, which is why the game runs on betting behaviour rather than on card strength.
The Main Variations
- AK47. All aces, kings, fours and sevens are jokers. With sixteen wild cards in the deck, trails and sequences become common, high-card hands almost never win a showdown, and the ranking table is effectively inverted in value.
- Muflis. The lowest hand wins. A high card of ace-king-queen is now the worst holding and a 2-3-5 of mixed suits the best. Frequencies stay the same, only the direction reverses, so the game is not easier, just different.
- Joker. One or more cards are drawn face up as jokers, often two, and any matching rank in a hand is wild. Probability of a strong hand rises with the number of jokers.
- 999. The target is a total closest to 999, with each card counting its face value and picture cards as zero. This is no longer a ranking game but a numeric one, and bluffing shifts to reading totals.
Blind Versus Seen
A blind player bets without looking at the cards and stakes half of what a seen player must stake. This is the game’s central structure. A blind player who keeps betting is paying half price for information about the opponents, while a seen player is paying full price for a hand they already know. In probability terms a blind player’s hand is average, a 74 percent chance of high card, so extended blind play is a bet on opponents folding rather than on the cards.
Side Shows
A seen player may request a side show with the previous seen player, comparing hands privately; the loser folds. This adds a decision with clear odds: with a pair you are ahead of about 74 percent of random hands, with a colour about 91 percent, with a sequence about 96 percent. A side show with a pair against one opponent is favourable, a side show with a high card is not, and a player who never requests one with a strong hand is giving up a free edge.
Why Live-Dealer Teen Patti Pays Differently
At a home game the money moves between players and nobody takes a cut, so the game is zero-sum among friends. At a live-dealer table the format changes entirely. Most live versions are player-versus-dealer with an ante and a play bet, the dealer qualifying on queen-high or better, and a paytable for the ante bonus. There is no bluffing, no blind play and no side show; the house edge on the main bet is typically 2 to 4 percent, and the side bets, such as pair-plus, carry edges from 2.5 percent up to 7 percent depending on the paytable. The Teen Patti page explains the table layout in detail.
A Worked Rupee Example
A player at a live table places a 200 rupee ante and a 200 rupee pair-plus for 100 hands. Turnover is 40,000 rupees. At a 3 percent edge on the ante and a 5 percent edge on pair-plus, the expected loss is 600 plus 1,000, or 1,600 rupees, regardless of how well the player reads faces, because there are no faces to read. At a home game with the same stakes, the expected loss is zero before skill and depends entirely on who bluffs better.
Which Variation Gives the Smallest Edge
Among live-dealer versions, the plain player-versus-dealer game with the ante bet only, playing every hand of queen-six-four or better and folding worse, keeps the edge near 2 percent. Adding pair-plus or six-card bonus side bets raises the cost. Joker and AK47 variations appear mainly in app-based and home games, where the edge question does not apply; when a live studio offers them, the paytables are usually adjusted to keep the house margin the same. For neighbouring games with fixed edges, the Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger pages give the figures.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Teen Patti variation is available on a panel ID?
Live studios usually deal the player-versus-dealer classic with side bets. Joker, AK47 and Muflis are mostly home and app formats.
Is Muflis easier to win?
No. The frequencies are unchanged; only the ranking reverses. Players who forget that a high card is now valuable lose to those who remember.
Does playing blind improve my odds?
It halves your cost per round, not your odds. It works only if opponents fold to pressure.
Are side bets worth it at a live table?
Rarely. Pair-plus and bonus bets carry higher edges than the ante and add variance without adding decisions.
How is a trail worth so much if it is so rare?
Because 52 of 22,100 hands qualify, about one in 425. Bonus paytables pay it well precisely because it is rare.
Card games for money are for adults aged 18 and over. Settle a session limit before the first deal, stop when it is reached, and ask the desk to pause your ID if the table stops being a game.
